  • Fresh turmeric icon

  • Apple juice icon

    Method

  • 1. Add apple juice to a clean saucepan and heat until just boiling
  • 2. Add cinnamon stick, ginger, lemon peel, allspice and fresh turmeric
  • 3. Brew - approx 5 min
  • 4. Strain juice into jug and serve
