Ok so I called them bites but I've made them as muffins, in a loaf tin or as above a tray bake.

It's nice and moist and tastes lovely, great as a Christmas Treat !!!

  • Almond flour icon

  • Ground cinnamon icon

  • Baking powder icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C / 355°F
  • 2. Add almond flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Blend then set aside
  • 4. Add egg, coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract to a clean medium glass bowl, whisk well then set aside
  • 5. Add apple and raisins to the bowl with flour mixture
  • 6. Mix and transfer wet ingredients to the large bowl
  • 7. Mix batter thoroughly until combined
  • 8. Prepare a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  • 9. Transfer batter to baking pan
  • 10. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 180°C / 355°F
  • 11. Serve
