Ok so I called them bites but I've made them as muffins, in a loaf tin or as above a tray bake. It's nice and moist and tastes lovely, great as a Christmas Treat !!!

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Add almond flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Blend then set aside
  4. Add egg, coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract to a clean medium glass bowl
  5. Beat slowly until well blended then set aside
  6. Add apple and raisins to a clean small bowl
  7. Transfer fruit to batter
  8. Mix completely
  9. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  10. Mix thoroughly until combined
  11. Prepare a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  12. Transfer batter to baking pan
  13. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 180°C
  14. Serve
