Ok so I called them bites but I've made them as muffins, in a loaf tin or as above a tray bake. It's nice and moist and tastes lovely, great as a Christmas Treat !!!

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add almond flour
  4. Add ground cinnamon
  5. Add baking powder
  6. Add sea salt
  7. Blend then set aside
  8. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  9. Add egg
  10. Add coconut oil
  11. Add honey
  12. Add vanilla extract
  13. Beat slowly until well blended then set aside
  14. Get a clean small bowl
  15. Add chopped apple
  16. Add raisins
  17. Transfer fruit to batter
  18. Mix completely
  19. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  20. Mix thoroughly until combined
  21. Prepare a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  22. Transfer batter to baking pan
  23. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 180°C
  24. Serve
