Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C / 355°F
2. Add plain flour, caster sugar, baking powder, egg, vegetable oil, milk and vanilla extract to a clean large mixing bowl
3. Mix until smooth then set aside
4. Add butter to a clean frying pan
5. Melt - medium heat
6. Add dulce de leche to the frying pan
7. Boil - medium heat
8. Transfer caramel to round pan
9. Cover with apple
10. Pour batter into cake
11. Bake and let cool - 25 min, 180°C / 355°F
12. Turn out upside down
13. Add butter and dulce de leche to a clean ramekin
14. Heat - 10 sec, high heat
15. Stir with teaspoon until smooth
16. Drizzle on top of the cake
