  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add plain flour
  4. Add caster sugar
  5. Add baking powder
  6. Add egg
  7. Add vegetable oil
  8. Add milk
  9. Add vanilla extract
  10. Mix until smooth then set aside
  11. Get a clean frying pan
  12. Add butter
  13. Melt - medium heat
  14. Add dulce de leche
  15. Boil - medium heat
  16. Transfer caramel to round pan
  17. Cover with peeled, sliced apple
  18. Pour batter into cake
  19. Bake and let cool - 25 min, 180°C
  20. Turn out upside down
  21. Get a clean ramekin
  22. Add butter
  23. Add dulce de leche
  24. Heat in microwave - 10 sec, high heat
  25. Stir until smooth
  26. Drizzle mixture with cake
