    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Grease a clean muffin pan
  • 3. Add all purpose flour and baking powder to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Whisk together
  • 5. Add unsalted butter and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 6. Cream until smooth
  • 7. Add egg to a clean small bowl
  • 8. Add vanilla extract to the wet ingredients
  • 9. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  • 10. Transfer dry ingredients to batter and mix
  • 11. Add peach and plum to the batter
  • 12. Mix gently until combined
  • 13. Transfer batter to muffin pan
  • 14. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 175°C
  • 15. Dust with powdered sugar
