Method
1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Add plain flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt to a clean medium bowl
3. Whisk briefly until blended
4. Add dark chocolate to a clean medium glass bowl
5. Melt in double boiler then set aside
6. Add unsalted butter, light brown sugar and vanilla extract to a clean large mixing bowl
7. Cream together
8. Add egg and milk to the dough
9. Mix until combined
10. Transfer chocolate mixture to dough
11. Mix gently until combined
12. Transfer dry ingredients to dough bit by bit while mixing
13. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
14. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
15. Add granulated sugar and powdered sugar to a clean small bowl and mix
16. Scoop dough into balls and roll in sugar until well covered
17. Arrange balls on baking sheet
18. Bake - 14 min
19. Transfer onto cooling rack
