    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add ground beef, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, fresh parsley, garlic, black pepper and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix together
  • 5. Form
  • 6. Transfer meat to baking sheet
  • 7. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
