    500 ml (about 500 g)

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  • 2. Add rolled oats, apple, almonds, hazelnuts, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, milk and heavy cream to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Mix until combined
  • 4. Transfer oat mixture to large cast iron skillet
  • 5. Bake - 35 min, 170°C
  • 6. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  • 7. Broil - 3 min, high heat
