I was tempted to call this a tart rather than set the expectations that pizza involves. But really it is closer to being a pizza than a tart. Either way it’s delicious. And I love that it’s low-carb so I don’t have to limit myself to only 1-2 modest slices.

  • Cauliflower icon
    500g (about 1)
  • Salt icon
    1 pinch
  • Egg icon

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Add cauliflower to a clean food processor bowl
  3. Process
  4. Add salt, egg, almond meal and parmesan cheese to the food processor bowl
  5. Stir until combined
  6. Transfer content of food processor bowl to baking sheet
  7. Spread into a 30cm circle
  8. Bake until browned - 30 min, 180°C
  9. Add
  10. Bake - 5 min, 200°C
  11. Slice with pizza cutter
  12. Serve
