  14. Add dried chilies
  15. Add ground cumin
  16. Cook for 2min
  17. Stir all purpose flour
  18. Add canned chopped tomatoes
  19. Add prepared canned red kidney beans
  20. Add beef stock
  21. Add dark brown sugar
  22. Season with salt & pepper
  23. Transfer content of large saucepan to slow cooker bowl
  24. Cook for 9h on low heat
  25. Stir well
  26. Top with tortilla chips
  27. Add prepared red capsicum
  28. Sprinkle with prepared coriander
  29. Sprinkle with prepared cheddar cheese
  30. Brown until melted
  31. Serve
