Method
1. Add buckwheat flour, oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt to a clean medium bowl
2. Whisk briefly and set aside
3. Add almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, rapeseed oil and banana to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix briefly until combined
5. Transfer dry ingredients to batter
6. Mix together until combined
7. Cook for a minute or two on each side
8. Top with peanut butter cups
