Fudgesicles are an ice cream truck classic, but they're easy to make at home. This thick, chocolatey mixture becomes a smooth and fudgy frozen treat.

  • Cocoa powder icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add cocoa powder, granulated sugar, cornstarch, salt, vanilla extract and milk to a clean saucepan and mix
  • 2. Heat - medium heat
  • 3. Stir constantly until bubbles form
  • 4. Cook until thick - 2 min
  • 5. Let cool - 10 min
  • 6. Transfer to popsicle mold
  • 7. Freeze until firm
