    METHOD


  • 1. Add unsalted butter to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Melt
  • 3. Add egg, milk, granulated sugar and salt to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Transfer content of small bowl to eggs
  • 5. Whisk together
  • 6. Pre-heat - medium heat
  • 7. Transfer eggs to medium roasting dish
  • 8. Soak bread slices in the medium roasting dish
  • 9. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown
