A fresh and herby marinade, perfect for making grilled chicken exciting. Marinate chicken for two hours (or leave in the fridge overnight) then cook as usual.

    METHOD


  • 1. Add sea salt, black peppercorns, lemon zest, garlic clove, fresh thyme, lemon, honey and olive oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix together
  • 3. Add chicken pieces to the large mixing bowl
  • 4. Toss
  • 5. Marinate in fridge
