  • 1. Add masa harina and water to a clean medium bowl
  • 2. Mix until dough forms
  • 3. Form
  • 4. Heat a clean medium cast iron skillet - medium heat
  • 5. Flatten dough onto Tortilla press
  • 6. Cook dough in medium cast iron skillet
  • 7. Keep warm medium bowl with kitchen towel
