    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  • 3. Grease with coconut oil
  • 4. Add pecan halves, almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, golden raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds and orange zest to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 5. Mix until combined
  • 6. Add coconut oil and honey to a clean small bowl
  • 7. Melt - low heat
  • 8. Transfer oil mixture to mixture
  • 9. Mix until well combined
  • 10. Transfer baking pan
  • 11. Press mixture into baking pan evenly
  • 12. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 175°C
  • 13. Let cool
  • 14. Cut into squares
