    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 199°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Whisk briefly until blended
  • 5. Add olive oil and water to the dough
  • 6. Mix until smooth - 5 min, dough hook
  • 7. Roll out
  • 8. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 9. Roll large mixing bowl
  • 10. Cut baking sheet
  • 11. Prick
  • 12. Brush with water lightly
  • 13. Sprinkle with sea salt
  • 14. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 199°C
  • 15. Let cool completely
