Method
1. Add all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, cornstarch, poppy seeds and orange zest to a clean medium bowl and mix until combined
2. Add unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and orange extract to a clean large mixing bowl
3. Beat together until smooth
4. Add egg and egg yolk and mix until well combined
5. Add dry ingredients to the mixture gradually and mix until combined
6. Shape dough into a ball
7. Wrap with plastic wrap
8. Chill in fridge - 3 hr
9. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
10. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
11. Roll out dough until 1/4" thick
12. Cut out cookies
13. Transfer cookies to baking sheet
14. Chill in freezer - 5 min
15. Bake cookies until browned at edges - 15 min, 175°C / 350°F
16. Cool on baking sheet - approx 2 min
17. Transfer cookies onto cooling rack and leave until completely cool
18. Add white chocolate to a clean small glass bowl
19. Melt - low heat
20. Dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate
21. Transfer cookies onto cooling rack until set
