Method
1. Add water, instant dried yeast and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Whisk briefly
3. Leave until foamy - 5 min
4. Add plain flour, salt and olive oil to the large mixing bowl
5. Mix until smooth - 8 min
6. Knead briefly
7. Grease lightly
8. Turn
9. Cover with plastic wrap
10. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
11. Knead briefly until smooth
12. Divide
13. Transfer dough to baking sheet
14. Cover with plastic wrap
15. Chill in fridge - 3 hr
16. Remove from fridge
17. Let rest - 30 min
18. Pre-heat oven - 232°C
19. Roll out dough
20. Top to taste
21. Bake until browned at edges - 8 min, 232°C
