Quick and easy flatbreads, perfect to accompany a meal, serve with dips, or as wraps. Best eaten hot off the pan, drizzled with olive oil, and sprinkled with a little flaky sea salt or spice! (Vegan)

    INGREDIENTS


  • All purpose flour icon

    275 g (about 2 cups)

  • Active dried yeast icon

    5 g (about 1 ¼ teaspoons)

    100 g (about ½ cup)warm

    25 g (about 1 ⅞ tablespoons)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add all purpose flour, active dried yeast and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Whisk until combined
  • 3. Make a well
  • 4. Add water and olive oil to the dough
  • 5. Mix until well combined
  • 6. Knead - 7 min
  • 7. Grease a clean medium bowl
  • 8. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  • 9. Cover with kitchen towel until doubled - approx 45 min
  • 10. Turn out large mixing bowl on lightly-floured surface
  • 11. Punch down medium bowl
  • 12. Divide large mixing bowl evenly
  • 13. Shape medium bowl
  • 14. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  • 15. Cook - approx 3 min
  • 16. Serve
