    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Add egg, milk, olive oil, all purpose flour, fresh parsley, garlic, salt and black pepper to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Whisk until well combined
  • 4. Add cherry tomatoes and soft goat cheese to a clean small bowl
  • 5. Transfer mixture to 6 ramekins
  • 6. Pour filling into 6 ramekins
  • 7. Sprinkle with fresh thyme
  • 8. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 175°C
