    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  • 2. Add hazelnuts and almonds to a clean small bowl
  • 3. Transfer nuts to baking sheet
  • 4. Toast then set aside - 4 min
  • 5. Add salted butter, honey, light brown sugar and date syrup to a clean saucepan
  • 6. Heat until just boiling while stirring occasionally
  • 7. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  • 8. Transfer nuts to large mixing bowl
  • 9. Add oats, dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds to the oat mixture
  • 10. Add orange to the oat mixture
  • 11. Mix until combined
  • 12. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 13. Transfer syrup to oat mixture
  • 14. Stir until combined
  • 15. Transfer oat mixture to baking sheet
  • 16. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 170°C
  • 17. Let cool - approx 5 min
  • 18. Cut into squares
