Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
2. Grease a clean muffin pan
3. Whisk together all purpose flour and baking powder in a clean medium bowl
4. Add unsalted butter and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
5. Cream until smooth
6. Add egg and vanilla extract to a clean small bowl and whisk until combined
7. Transfer wet ingredients to butter-sugar mixture and mix until combined
8. Add dry ingredients to batter and mix until combined
9. Add peaches and plums to the batter
10. Mix gently until combined
11. Transfer batter to muffin pan
12. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 175°C / 350°F
13. Dust with powdered sugar
