  • Salmon filet icon

  • Mayonnaise icon
    Mayonnaise2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha sauce icon
    Sriracha sauce1 ½ tablespoons
  • Lemon icon
    Lemon3 slices

    Method

  • 1. Rinse salmon filet with cold water and pat dry
  • 2. Add salmon filet to a clean plate skin side down
  • 3. Season with salt & pepper then set aside
  • 4. Combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce with a clean small bowl
  • 5. Generously spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of the fillet
  • 6. Add lemon and fresh parsley to the plate
  • 7. Cover the dish tightly with microwave safe plastic wrap
  • 8. Heat in microwave - 3 min 30 sec, high heat
  • 9. Check the center of the filet for doneness with a fork
  • 10. If there is any uncooked fish, microwave for another 30-45 seconds
  • 11. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges
  • 12. Serve immediately
