Method
1. Add almond flour, coconut flour and baking soda to a clean medium bowl; whisk and combine
2. Add olive oil, egg, water, salt and paprika
3. Mix until well combined
4. Set aside for 10 minutes to let the coconut flour fiber activate with liquid
5. Spray cooking spray onto a clean ceramic baking dish
6. Pour batter into ceramic baking dish and spread evenly
7. Heat in microwave until cooked through - 1 min 30 sec, high heat
8. Remove from the microwave and loosen the sides of the bread using a sharp knife
9. Flip over to release the bread
10. Slice in half to form a triangle shape
11. Toast on medium heat for 1 or 2 minutes depending on how you like your bread
12. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy straight away as a toast or sandwich
