  • Coconut flour icon

    ¼ teaspoon (about 1 g)

  • Olive oil icon

    1 ½ teaspoons (about 8 ml)

  • Water icon

    1 tablespoon (about 15 ml)

  • Salt icon

    ¼ teaspoon (about 2 g)

  • Paprika icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add almond flour, coconut flour and baking soda to a clean medium bowl
  • 2. Combine
  • 3. Pour olive oil, egg, water, salt and paprika into the medium bowl
  • 4. Mix until well combined
  • 5. Let rest onto work surface - 10 min
  • 6. Spray cooking spray onto a clean ceramic baking dish
  • 7. Pour batter into ceramic baking dish
  • 8. Spread evenly
  • 9. Heat in microwave until cooked through - 1 min 30 sec, high heat
  • 10. Remove from the microwave and loosen the sides of the bread using a sharp knife
  • 11. Transfer content of ceramic baking dish to work surface
  • 12. Slice
  • 13. Toast in toaster
  • 14. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy straight away as a toast or sandwich
