    Method

  • 1. Grease a clean ramekin with butter
  • 2. Add rolled oats, salt, maple syrup, oil, applesauce, vanilla extract and milk to a clean small bowl
  • 3. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  • 4. Stir blueberries into the small bowl gently
  • 5. Transfer content of small bowl to ramekin
  • 6. Cook in microwave - 2 min 30 sec, high heat
  • 7. Serve immediately
