  2. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  3. Add milk, vegetable oil, salt, vanilla extract and coffee extract to the small bowl
  4. Mix with tablespoon until well combined

  6. Transfer batter to mug
  7. Cook in microwave until just cooked - 1 min 30 sec, high heat
  8. Transfer content of mug to plate
  9. Serve with whipped cream
