    METHOD


  • 1. Spray cooking spray onto a clean mug
  • 2. Add milk and egg to the mug
  • 3. Season with salt & pepper
  • 4. Beat until well combined
  • 5. Cook in microwave - 40 sec, high heat
  • 6. Stir edges inward
  • 7. Cook in microwave - 20 sec, low heat
  • 8. Stir
  • 9. Continue to microwave in 10 - 20 second intervals until just barely cooked through
  • 10. Serve immediately
