Method
1. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to a clean medium bowl
2. Whisk briefly until combined
3. Add unsalted butter and sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Cream - approx 2 min
5. Add egg to the dough
6. Mix until combined
7. Transfer dry ingredients to dough
8. Mix until dough forms
9. Chill in fridge - 20 min
10. Pre-heat oven - 174°C
11. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
12. Add sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl and mix
13. Form into balls
14. Roll dough in sugar mixture
15. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet
16. Press gently
17. Bake until browned at edges - 14 min, 174°C
18. Transfer onto cooling rack
