  2. Add all purpose flour
  3. Add baking powder
  4. Add salt
  5. Whisk briefly until combined
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Add room temperature unsalted butter
  8. Add sugar
  9. Cream for approx 2min
  10. Add egg
  11. Mix until combined
  12. Transfer dry ingredients to dough
  13. Mix until dough forms
  14. Chill in fridge for 20min
  15. Pre-heat
  16. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  17. Get a clean small bowl
  18. Add sugar
  19. Add ground cinnamon and mix
  20. Form into balls
  21. Roll dough in sugar mixture
  22. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  23. Press gently
  24. Bake for 14min until browned at edges
  25. Transfer to cooling rack
