Step preview

  1. Get a clean small bowl
  2. Add rolled oats
  3. Blitz until fine
  4. Get a clean blender jug
  5. Add almond milk
  6. Add banana
  7. Add baking powder
  8. Add vanilla extract
  9. Transfer oat mixture to batter
  10. Blend on high speed until smooth
  11. Pre-heat a frying pan
  12. Grease with coconut oil
  13. Scoop batter onto frying pan
  14. Fry each side for approx 1min until light golden
  15. Top with maple syrup
