Step preview

  1. Get a clean large saucepan
  2. Add butter
  3. Add crushed garlic
  4. Sauté for approx 1min until fragrant
  5. Get a clean small bowl
  6. Add diced onion
  7. Add caraway seeds
  8. Add sea salt
  9. Add freshly ground black pepper
  10. Transfer onion mixture to large saucepan
  11. Sauté for approx 1min until softened
  12. Replace on drop
  13. Add vegetable stock
  14. Heat until boiling
  15. Get a clean medium bowl
  16. Add peeled, cubed potato
  17. Transfer potatoes to large saucepan
  18. Simmer for 15min until tender and continue
  19. Pre-heat
  20. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  21. Add cubed rustic french bread
  22. Add olive oil
  23. Add garlic powder
  24. Add dried oregano
  25. Add freshly ground black pepper
  26. Add sea salt
  27. Toss until coated
  28. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet
  29. Bake for 10min until golden brown
  30. Serve
  31. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
  32. Garnish with fresh parsley
