Step preview

  2. Microwave in microwave - 1 min 30 sec
  3. Add cake flour, sugar and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Beat until combined
  5. Whisk egg mixture into large mixing bowl
  6. Microwave in 90 second intervals, whisking after each 90 seconds, until the mixture becomes thick
  7. Stir vanilla extract into the large mixing bowl
  8. Serve hot or cold
