Step preview

  1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add all purpose flour
  4. Add cocoa powder

  7. Whisk until blended

  11. Melt in double boiler then set aside
  12. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  13. Add granulated sugar
  14. Add egg
  15. Add vanilla extract
  16. Mix until combined
  17. Transfer chocolate mixture to dough
  18. Mix until combined
  19. Transfer dry ingredients to dough
  20. Mix until just combined
  21. Get a clean small bowl
  22. Add chocolate chips
  23. Transfer chocolate mixture to dough
  24. Mix gently until just combined
  25. Chill in fridge for 20min
  26. Pre-heat
  27. Scoop dough onto 2 baking sheets
  28. Bake for 14min
  29. Transfer onto cooling rack
