  • Cucumber icon
    Cucumber600 gpeeled, finely sliced
  • Red onion icon
    Red onion110 gfinely sliced
  • Dill icon
    Dill2 tablespoonschopped
  • Apple cider vinegar icon
    Apple cider vinegar180 ml
  • Granulated sugar icon
    Granulated sugar3 tablespoons
  • Kosher salt icon
    Kosher salt¾ teaspoon
  • Black pepper icon
    Black pepper2 pinchesfreshly ground
    Method

  • 1. Add cucumber, red onion and dill to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Add apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, kosher salt and black pepper to a clean glass measuring cup
  • 3. Whisk thoroughly until sugar has dissolved
  • 4. Pour the vinegar dressing over the salad
  • 5. Toss until coated
  • 6. Cover with plastic wrap
  • 7. Let rest in fridge - approx 1 hr
  • 8. Serve
