Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
2. Add lentils, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, lemon and salt to the food processor bowl and blitz until combined
3. Scrape the sides and mix in all purpose flour
4. Form the mixture into 10 small balls, then flatten slightly
5. Once ready, space them out on the baking sheet.
6. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 175°C / 350°F
7. Flip and bake the other side until golden brown - 10 min, 175°C / 350°F
