    Method

  • 1. Add chicken breast, salt, onion, red bell pepper, garlic clove, dried oregano, paprika, ground cumin, green chili, tortilla chips, canned tomatoes and chicken stock to a clean slow cooker bowl
  • 2. Place in slow cooker
  • 3. Cook in slow cooker - 8 hr, low heat
  • 4. Ladle soup into 4 small bowls
  • 5. Garnish with cilantro and tortilla chips
