1. Turn out bread slices onto a plate 2. Spread with peanut butter evenly 3. Top with sliced banana 4. Drizzle with honey 5. Layer 6. Get a clean medium glass bowl 7. Add egg 8. Add heavy cream 9. Add vanilla extract 10. Add nutmeg 11. Add dark rum 12. Add kosher salt 13. Whisk for approx 1min until smooth 14. Get a clean medium cast iron skillet 15. Add butter 16. Pre-heat on medium heat 17. Dip bread into eggs 18. Soak 19. Place bread on medium cast iron skillet 20. Cook each side for approx 2min until golden brown then set aside 21. Sprinkle with powdered sugar 22.
