This elevated french toast is composed of thick challah slices, generous schmears of peanut butter, tons of bananas, and a drizzle of honey. The bread is flavored with vanilla, nutmeg, and rum - feel free to leave out the rum if you're making it for kids!0.0 stars based on

Ingredients:
banana,
bread slices,
butter,
dark rum,
egg,
heavy cream,
honey,
kosher salt,
maple syrup,
nutmeg,
peanut butter,
powdered sugar,
vanilla extract,
Directions:
1. Turn out bread slices onto a plate
2. Spread with peanut butter evenly
3. Top with sliced banana
4. Drizzle with honey
5. Layer
6. Get a clean medium glass bowl
7. Add egg
8. Add heavy cream
9. Add vanilla extract
10. Add nutmeg
11. Add dark rum
12. Add kosher salt
13. Whisk for approx 1min until smooth
14. Get a clean medium cast iron skillet
15. Add butter
16. Pre-heat on medium heat
17. Dip bread into eggs
18. Soak
19. Place bread on medium cast iron skillet
20. Cook each side for approx 2min until golden brown then set aside
21. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
22. Drizzle with maple syrup
23. Yum!
