    METHOD


  • 1. Turn out bread slices onto a clean plate
  • 2. Spread with peanut butter evenly
  • 3. Top with banana
  • 4. Drizzle with honey
  • 5. Layer
  • 6. Add egg, heavy cream, vanilla extract, nutmeg, dark rum and kosher salt to a clean medium glass bowl
  • 7. Whisk until smooth - approx 1 min
  • 8. Add butter to a clean medium cast iron skillet
  • 9. Pre-heat - medium heat
  • 10. Dip bread into eggs
  • 11. Soak
  • 12. Place content of plate on medium cast iron skillet
  • 13. Cook each side until golden brown then set aside - approx 2 min
  • 14. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
  • 15. Drizzle with maple syrup
  • 16. Yum!
