    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  • 2. Grease a clean loaf pan
  • 3. Add whole wheat flour, cornmeal, kosher salt and baking soda to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Whisk until combined
  • 5. Add whole milk yogurt and molasses to a clean medium bowl
  • 6. Whisk until blended
  • 7. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  • 8. Mix until just combined
  • 9. Add cranberries to the batter
  • 10. Mix until just combined
  • 11. Transfer batter to loaf pan
  • 12. Bake until skewer tests clean - 1 hr
  • 13. Turn out onto cooling rack
