Crisp and light savory shortbread. The rich cheese flavor and hint of garlic go well with any aperitif.

  • All purpose flour icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add all purpose flour and unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Add parmesan cheese to the dough
  • 3. Add sea salt to the dough
  • 4. Add black pepper to the dough
  • 5. Add fresh garlic to the dough
  • 6. Mix until well combined
  • 7. Form
  • 8. Chill in freezer - 10 min
  • 9. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  • 10. Slice
  • 11. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 13. Bake until golden brown - 18 min, 190°C, middle rack
