  • Polenta icon
    150g (about ¾ cup)

Step preview

  1. Add parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  4. Then add polenta, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  5. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  6. Transfer mixture to plate
  7. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  8. Add coconut oil to a clean frying pan
  9. Add egg to a clean medium bowl
  10. Add whitefish filet to the egg mixture
  11. Transfer egg mixture to dry ingredients
  12. Transfer dry ingredients to frying pan
  13. Fry each side in frying pan - 4 min, medium heat
  14. Test a piece of fish to ensure it is cooked through, remembering it will continue to cook a little further once taken off the heat
  15. Place cooked fish on a cooling rack over some paper towel to rest while you continue to cook the remaining fish bites
  16. Sprinkle with additional salt and serve with Simple Mayonnaise or Aioli
