Step preview

  1. Add water and salt to a clean saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add pasta to the saucepan
  4. Cook until al dente
  5. Drain
  6. Transfer pasta to large mixing bowl
  7. Add fresh basil, fresh parsley, garlic clove, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
  8. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  10. Transfer dressing to pasta
  11. Add grape tomato, kalamata olives, red bell pepper, capers, anchovies, canned tuna and parmesan cheese to the pasta
  12. Toss gently until combined
  13. Serve
