Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease a clean muffin pan generously with butter curler
  3. Mix - approx 4 min, 80°C, speed 2
  4. Add vanilla bean paste, butter and honey to the TM5 bowl
  5. Add shredded coconut, rolled oats, quinoa, coconut sugar and coconut cream powder to the TM5 bowl
  6. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  7. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 4
  8. Divide mixture between muffin pan
  9. Bake until light golden - 15 min, 180°C
  10. Remove
  11. Let cool onto cooling rack
  12. Store in plastic container
