Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
2. Grease a clean muffin pan generously with butter curler
3. Mix - approx 4 min, 80°C, speed 2
4. Add vanilla bean paste, butter and honey to the TM5 bowl
5. Add shredded coconut, rolled oats, quinoa, coconut sugar and coconut cream powder to the TM5 bowl
6. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 4
7. Divide mixture between muffin pan
8. Bake until light golden - 15 min, 180°C
9. Remove
10. Let cool onto cooling rack
11. Store in plastic container
