  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add egg yolk
  3. Add dark brown sugar
  4. Whisk until combined
  5. Add spelt flour
  6. Add baking powder
  7. Add salt
  8. Beat until well combined
  9. Add puréed banana

  12. Mix in egg white gently then set aside
  13. Pre-heat
  14. Cook one by one
  15. Set aside and continue
  16. Get a clean medium bowl
  17. Add ricotta cheese
  18. Add quark cheese
  19. Add milk
  20. Beat for 5min until smooth
  21. Add honey
  22. Stir until combined
  23. Serve
