  1. Get a clean small bowl
  2. Add toasted coriander seeds
  3. Add toasted cumin seeds
  4. Add anise seeds
  5. Grind with mortar and pestle until fine
  6. Add ground cinnamon
  7. Add ground cayenne pepper

  9. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  10. Add ground lamb
  11. Add harissa
  12. Add salt
  13. Transfer one quarter of spices to stand mixer bowl
  14. Mix until well combined
  15. Season to taste
  16. Chill in fridge for approx 1h
  17. Form into rounds
  18. Fry in frying pan until golden brown
