Method
1. Add dried chilies, garlic clove, cumin seeds, extra virgin olive oil and cilantro stems to the TM5 bowl
2. Chop with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 6
3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
4. Sauté - approx 8 min, Varoma, speed 1
5. Then add crushed tomatoes, pink Himalayan salt flakes, dark brown sugar and lime to the TM5 bowl
6. Mix with MC in place - approx 6 sec, speed 6
7. Then stir cilantro into the TM5 bowl
8. Serve
