This amazing sauce is so good for so many things. I am LOVING it. Think anything that needs a Mexican spicy kicker in the flavour base. YUM.

Step preview

  1. Add dried chilies, garlic clove, cumin seeds, extra virgin olive oil and cilantro stems to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 6
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Sauté - approx 8 min, varoma, speed 1
  6. Then add canned tomatoes, pink himalayan salt, dark brown sugar and lime to the TM5 bowl
  7. Mix - approx 6 sec, speed 6
  8. Then stir cilantro into the TM5 bowl
  9. Serve
