Ingredients:
all purpose flour,
baking soda,
bittersweet chocolate,
cocoa powder,
granulated sugar,
light brown sugar,
sea salt,
unsalted butter,
vanilla extract,
Directions:
1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
2. Get a clean medium bowl
3. Add all purpose flour
4. Add cocoa powder
5. Add baking soda
6. Whisk briefly until blended
7. Get a clean large mixing bowl
8. Add room temperature unsalted butter
9. Beat with paddle attachment until creamy
10. Add granulated sugar
11. Add light brown sugar
12. Add fine sea salt
13. Add vanilla extract
14. Beat for 2min on medium speed
15. Transfer dry ingredients to dough
16. Mix on low speed until just combined
17. Get a clean small bowl
18. Add chopped bittersweet chocolate
19. Mix chocolate mixture into dough
20. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
21. Divide into halves
22. Shape
23. Wrap with plastic wrap
24. Chill in fridge for 3h
25. Pre-heat
26. Slice
27. Transfer dough to 2 baking sheets
28. Bake for 12min on middle rack
29. Transfer to cooling rack
