1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper 2. Get a clean medium bowl 3. Add all purpose flour 4. Add cocoa powder 5. Add baking soda 6. Whisk briefly until blended 7. Get a clean large mixing bowl 8. Add room temperature unsalted butter 9. Beat with paddle attachment until creamy 10. Add granulated sugar 11. Add light brown sugar 12. Add fine sea salt 13.
