Very delicious BBQ pork without the use of a BBQ. This is so good. Use the oven as written, or go ahead and fire up the barbie!

  • Red chili icon

    1 teaspoon (about 3 g)seeded

    10 g (about 1 ¾ tablespoons)peeled

    30 g (about 1 ⅞ tablespoons)

  • Chinese five spice icon

    1 teaspoon (about 3 g)

  • Soy sauce icon

    30 g (about 1 ⅝ tablespoons)

  • Chinese black vinegar icon

    50 g (about 3 tablespoons)

  • Chinese cooking wine icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add honey, coconut sugar, oyster sauce, chinese five spice, soy sauce, chinese black vinegar, chinese cooking wine, red chili, garlic clove and ginger to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Mix - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  • 3. Heat - approx 4 min, 60°C, speed 1
  • 4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to plastic container
  • 5. Add pork filet to the plastic container
  • 6. Marinate in fridge - approx 24 hr
  • 7. Broil in broiler until charred - approx 35 min, high heat
  • 8. Let rest
  • 9. Slice
