Very delicious BBQ pork without the use of a BBQ. This is so good. Use the oven as written, or go ahead and fire up the barbie!

Step preview

  1. Add honey, coconut sugar, oyster sauce, chinese five spice, soy sauce, chinese black vinegar, chinese cooking wine, red chili, garlic clove and ginger to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Mix - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  4. Heat - approx 4 min, 60°C, speed 1
  5. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to plastic container
  6. Add pork filet to the plastic container
  7. Marinate in fridge - approx 24 hr
  8. Broil until charred - approx 35 min, high heat
  9. Let rest
  10. Slice
