Method
1. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Cream until smooth
3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough
4. Mix until well combined
5. Add all purpose flour, sea salt and baking soda to the dough
6. Mix until well blended
7. Add chocolate chips to the dough
8. Mix until just combined
9. Chill in freezer
10. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
11. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
12. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
13. Bake until golden brown - 11 min, 175°C
14. Let cool
15. Serve
