  1. Get a clean blender jug
  2. Add peeled, diced pineapple
  3. Add chopped kale
  4. Add coarsely chopped ginger
  5. Add orange juice
  6. Blend for 2min until smooth
  7. Strain purée into glass measuring cup
  8. Transfer carefully to popsicle mold
  9. Freeze until hard
