    METHOD


  • 1. Add plain, sweetened soy milk and plain, dairy-free yogurt to the inner pot
  • 2. Stir well
  • 3. Cook - Yogurt, 14 hr
  • 4. Then stir vanilla extract into the inner pot
  • 5. Let cool slightly
  • 6. Transfer yogurt to jar
  • 7. Seal tightly
  • 8. Refrigerate until thickened - 4 hr
  • 9. Transfer yogurt to 4 pudding bowls
  • 10. Top with blackberries and pistachios
  • 11. Drizzle with honey
