    METHOD


  • 1. Add extra virgin olive oil, lemon, sea salt and black pepper to a clean medium bowl
  • 2. Mix well
  • 3. Add pear, blueberries, dates and fresh thyme to the medium bowl
  • 4. Mix gently until combined
  • 5. Season to taste
